Our goal is to meet the individual needs of each client by offering personalized solutions that meet the highest quality standards. By using our services, the client accepts the conditions set forth in this policy, which ensures harmonious and effective cooperation.

2. ORDER REVIEW TERMS

Usually, cooperation with us begins with the client submitting a standard application regarding the need for scientific consulting, which is considered within 3 working days. The received publication consulting order takes from 6 to 18 months, depending on the quartile of the scientific journal. Order fulfillment terms, depending on the quartile of the scientific journal:

quartile 4 (Q4) up to 6 months;

quartile 3 (Q3) up to 10 months;

quartile 1-2 (Q1-2) up to 18 months.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY

6. RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CONTENT

8. CANCELLATION OF ORDER

The process of canceling the order can take place before the publication is approved by the magazine, which is separately informed to each client. In the case of a legal request to cancel an order, SP Z O.O. EAST EUROPEAN ASSOCIATION OF SCIENTISTS guarantees a refund within 1 working week. Upon the agreement of the parties, the firm may keep a part of the payment clearly defined by the parties to cover the costs of the project.

9. REFUND POLICY

SP Z O.O. EAST EUROPEAN ASSOCIATION OF SCIENTISTS offers a flexible cancellation policy for editing and publication support services. If a project is cancelled, the client may receive a partial or full refund, depending on where in the process the cancellation was made. To ensure transparency and fairness in our dealings with customers, the refund policy is clearly set out below.

10. REFUNDS AFTER REFUSAL

In case of cancellation of the project, SP Z O.O. EAST EUROPEAN ASSOCIATION OF SCIENTISTS undertakes to return funds according to the above scale. Customers must contact our support team to initiate the refund process. Refunds will be made within the specified period after confirmation of the cancellation of the project.

11. SUBMISSION OF COMPLAINT

* To edit information in .PDF format, it must be presented in one double-spaced column. In case of non-compliance with these requirements, we reserve the right to reformat the file into .doc or .docx format in order to preserve the quality of the edited document and the clarity of the changes made.

15. DELETING DOCUMENTS

SP Z O.O. EAST EUROPEAN ASSOCIATION OF SCIENTISTS fulfills its record keeping obligations in accordance with the internal rules and regulations governing our business. If you wish to have your files removed from our systems, please send us a request by email.

If the customer does not agree with any of the terms or is dissatisfied with the website, the customer’s only option is to stop using the website and the services.
