Original author’s manuscripts that meet the requirements of the “Guidelines for Authors”, have not been previously published in other journals and have not been submitted simultaneously to the editors of other journals are accepted for publication.

Manuscripts should be prepared in Ukrainian and/or English and should correspond to the program goals and thematic focus of the publications established by the Eastern European Union of Scientists.

Articles for publication are submitted in electronic form to the e-mail address or through the article’s website together with all the necessary accompanying documents and information specified in the “Guidelines for Authors”.

Authors are personally responsible for the content of their articles and undertake to

– submit only original manuscripts that have not been published in other scientific journals and have not been previously (simultaneously) submitted to other editors;

– provide only reliable results of their own research;

– guarantee the independence and originality of the results of their own research presented in the manuscript;

– in case of using information from the publications of other authors, provide the necessary bibliographic references with comprehensive information and a mandatory web link;

– use artificial intelligence in compliance with the requirements Artificial Intelligence Act;

– indicate the contribution of all persons who influenced the course of the research and the nature of the work presented;

– ensure that all authors are familiar with the final version of the manuscript and approve the submission for publication.

The responsible editor checks the article:

‒ to comply with the requirements of the Authors’ Guidelines;

‒ for academic integrity, in particular, checks for coincidences (identity and/or similarity) in the submitted articles by means of https://www.plag.com.ua/ and the presence of text fragments generated by artificial intelligence using https://copyleaks.com/.

Manuscripts that do not meet the requirements are not allowed for further consideration, and the authors are informed by the responsible editor.

Articles recommended by the editorial board for publication are edited, corrected, and undergo technical layout.
