Your article is more than text
Publishing an article in a ranked electronic scientific journal is an important step for every researcher, as it enhances scientific reputation, opens access to the international academic community, and strengthens positions in grant competitions. At the same time, the path to publication is usually more complicated than it seems at first glance: you need to choose a relevant journal, take into account the quartile and subject matter, prepare a manuscript in accordance with editorial requirements, translate the text, prepare a bibliography, and understand the technical nuances of submitting through editorial systems. Scopus Q1/Q2/Q3/Q4 та Web of Science ESCI We provide mediation in the publication of scientific articles in electronic scientific indexing journals: Scopus quartiles Q1/Q2/Q3/Q4 and Web of Science of ESCI (Emerging Sources Citation Index), SCIE (Science Citation Index Expanded), SSCI(Social Sciences Citation Index), AHCI (Arts & Humanities Citation Index).
We:
✅ Select an electronic scientific journal taking into account the subject matter of the article and
the journal's indexing.
✅ Edit the manuscript in accordance with the requirements of a particular publication (if
necessary);
✅ Support article submission and communication with the editorial board;
✅ Support the review process until the moment of official publication on the journal's website
and indexing in the scientometric database.
Databases we work with
Scopus and Web of science – are large scientometric databases containing information about indexed scientific journals and scientific articles. This is an important tool for researchers to help them find, analyse and evaluate scientific literature, as well as track the impact of their research on the global scientific community. We offer the publication of scientific articles in electronic scientific journals of different quartiles and collections, which determine the level of influence of a scientific journal in a particular field of knowledge. The Scopus scientometric database includes more than 21,000 scientific journals, 5,000 publishers and 5.5 million conference abstracts. All journals are divided into four quartiles (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4), which corresponds to the level of their scientific impact in a particular field. The Web of Science Core Collection is a central database containing over 79 million records of peer-reviewed articles, conferences, books, and citations. They are divided into collections according to the subject matter: Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE), Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI), Arts & Humanities Citation Index (AHCI), Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI). Selection of the required electronic journal is carried out individually for each article – this is one of the most important stages of publishing a scientific article.
How we work
First, we select a journal based on the subject matter of the scientific article and the desired indexation: Scopus Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 or Web of Science ESCI, SCIE, SSCI, AHCI. We carefully analyse the chances of publication, quartile, open or closed access of the electronic journal and other details that matter. Next, we prepare and edit the manuscript in accordance with the requirements of the publisher: we work with the structure, style, layout of tables, figures and references.
Terms of publication
The terms of publication of scientific articles in electronic scientific journals of the Scopus and Web of Science databases vary depending on the type of database, the rating of the scientific journal and the profile of the scientific article. The average period of publication from the moment of submission of a scientific article in an electronic journal is 7 months – 1.5 years. Indexing a previously published scientific article in the Scopus and Web of Science databases takes an additional 4 weeks to 3 months (from the moment the article is published on the website of the electronic journal). We support each scientific article until it appears in the scientometric database.
Why do you need it?
Thanks to this approach, you save time, stay calm, and focus on your research rather than on technical details. As a result, you get a publication that increases your scientometric indicators, reputation and opens up new opportunities for grants, projects and collaborations.
