In case of production necessity to make changes to the authors of the article, only corresponding authors have the right to submit a petition to the editor of the journal or the chairman of the NGO “Eastern European Union of Scientists”.
Before submitting a manuscript, authors should familiarize themselves with the “Guidelines for Authors” on the page of the relevant journal. The manuscript should be prepared in compliance with all the established requirements in accordance with the editorial policy of the journal, recommended citation styles, and article format.
All authors listed in the manuscript must meet the requirements for authorship specified by the journal. It is advisable to indicate the contribution of each author. All authors must approve the final version of the manuscript before submitting it. It is considered that after submitting the manuscript, each of the authors has read it and agreed to its consideration by the editorial board and review. It is a prerequisite that the manuscript contains the contact information of each author, in particular: full name according to the passport, affiliation, e-mail address, telephone number. The manuscript must declare the presence or absence of a conflict of interest. The article should be submitted online through the Open Journal System or to the official e-mail address of the editorial board.
Authors are required to disclose all financial/relevant interests that may have influenced the development of the manuscript. Reviewers are obliged to disclose any conflict of interest and, if necessary, to refuse to review those manuscripts with which they have a conflict of interest. Editors are also obliged to refuse to review those articles with which they may have a conflict of interest. Such manuscripts are passed on to other reviewers and editors.
Each manuscript received by the editorial board is recognized as confidential material. The Eastern European Union of Scientists imposes an embargo on disclosure of the details of the manuscript to all persons except those directly involved in the processing and preparation of the manuscript for publication in the event of a final recommendation for acceptance. Such persons include editorial staff, corresponding authors, reviewers, and editors.
Any manifestations of misconduct, violations of the principles of academic integrity and editorial policy of the Eastern European Union of Scientists, in particular activities that threaten (compromise) the integrity of the research and/or publication process, are subject to investigation in accordance with COPE guidelines.
